One study reported that people who ate kiwifruit and went to bed slept longer and fell asleep faster.

Carbohydrate

Many people cut carbohydrates in order to lose weight.

However, cutting carbohydrates more than necessary will cause you to wake up many times while you are sleeping.

Therefore, you will not wake up well and your daytime activities will be affected badly.

Carbohydrate restriction should be done in moderation.

Salt content

If you find yourself waking up in the middle of the night and having trouble sleeping afterwards, try taking salt.

If you slowly absorb a little bit of salt from the underside of your body, it will reduce the stimulating effect and help you fall asleep quickly.
